Newcastle United Supporters Trust Annual Survey Report 2022 - 2023
Newcastle United Supporters Trust can today release the results of our third annual survey.
The survey ran from Friday 30 June to Friday 14July 2023 and we had a total response of 1399 members.
Topics related to our club included:
- ticketing
- loyalty points
- memberships
- match day experience
- supporter liaison
- ownership
Our annual survey helps the NUST Board to understand the view of our members on a variety of subjects and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. The Trust met with Newcastle United staff on 5th August and presented the findings of the survey to the club.
We will use your feedback to align our priorities as a Board over the next 12 months with your own.

Donate to The Trust
The Trust is offering the opportunity to make one off or regular donations to us.
As a not for profit organisation our ethos is to keep membership costs as low as possible at just £1 per year but we do have a number of operating costs, such as for our website, emails and any specific campaigns we run. With more income we can have more influence on behalf of our members. The Trust Board of volunteers take no renumeration or expenses from the Trust and our annual accounts are fully audited by external chartered accountants, published online and submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority.
