Further to supporter consultation, NUFC have today, Monday 28 July 2025, announced a new process for season ticket holders intending to purchase tickets for away matches for the duration of the 2025-2026 season. NUFC's intentions are to ensure tickets for away games are sold far quicker than in previous years, thus reducing the cost of travel and accommodation for travelling supporters.
NUST is calling for full transparency on the number of tickets allocated per away fixture.

We have received numerous queries regarding the visibility of number of tickets available. We made contact with the club and have had a response:
Under the previous system of supporters purchasing away tickets, the number of tickets available per match was shown during the payment stage. Under the new approach this remains unchanged and when supporters go to purchase tickets it will outline the number of available seats in each block/area, so supporters still know how many tickets are available.
Upon conclusion of the application process, supporters will all be emailed to confirm whether they have been successful or not dependant on the number of applications and how many points they have. We will communicate within the email what number loyalty points the game sold out at within this email.
