As you are aware, the Trust continues to engage with Newcastle United on key issues that affect our members and the wider fanbase. We remain committed to representing the interests of our members and ensuring that the voice of our members is heard at all levels..
 
One area of concern for many Newcastle United supporters is ticket access. We have heard from many members about the challenges they face when trying to secure tickets for matches, particularly for high-profile games. We have raised these concerns with the club and continue to push for improvements in this area.
 
In order to help us better understand the extent of these issues and inform our continued engagement with the club, we have created a survey for our members to provide feedback on their experiences with ticketing at Newcastle United.
